About the Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll be the heart of our care community. Your empathy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality care will directly impact the well-being of our residents. You'll work collaboratively with our team, providing essential support while fostering a sense of warmth, dignity, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, always promoting independence whenever possible.
Health Monitoring: Observe, measure, and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the team.
Companionship & Support: Engage in meaningful conversations, provide emotional support, and participate in activities with residents.
Safe & Comfortable Environment: Maintain a clean and organised living space for residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate effectively with care staff, and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery and positive resident outcomes.
